Arrive Guwahati- Shillong
Pickup from Guwahati airport & proceed Shillong. On the way to Shillong, we will stop at the Umiam Lake,
which is located just 15 km before to the capital city of Meghalaya. The crystal-clear blue lake. The lake also
represents the scenic beauty of the state which you will be going to explore here in next few days.
During summer period the Lake looked lush and vibrant adorned by Gulmohar trees (Delonix regia) in full
blossom. The Lake commonly known as Barapani is the best place for picnics and outings. If you are travelling
with kinds, then adjoining the Nehru Park will be perfect place for them to spend few thrilling hrs enjoying a
motorboat rides and other activities.
Further continue driving to Shillong. Upon arrival check into the hotel in Shillong. Evening has a leisurely walk

Shillong – Cherrapunjee Sightseeing
Morning starts your journey towards Cherrapunjee, the heaviest rainfall destination in the world. On the way
comes Mawkdok Valley where we will stop to explore Mawsmai Cave. Further drive to visit Nohkalikai Falls,
world’s fourth tallest waterfalls. Later I visit Eco Park and Seven Sisters Falls. Post activity back to Shillong for
overnight stay in Shillong.
Shillong- Mawlynnong/Dawki
Post breakfast pick up from hotel and head towards Mawlynnong. Here one can view the fascinating Living
root bridge and Mawlynnong Village, Asia’s cleanest village. Later drive to Dawki. Visit Umngot river and local
sightseeing at Dawki. Also visit International Bangladesh border. Evening back to Shillong for overnight stay in
Shillong.
Shillong-Guwahati
After breakfast, check out from hotel & proceed to Guwahati, check into the hotel. Local sightseeing of
Guwahati, Overnight stay at the hotel in Guwahati.
Guwahati - Departure
